Four prominent speakers will be talking about retention fundraising:

Tine Faseur is assistant professor marketing at the KULeuven. In the past Tine has already done a lot of scientific research about fundraising. Currently she’s reading up on research  about retention fundraising. So you can expect a presentation about retention fundraising from a scientific perspective.

Ilja De Coster is Vice-President of the Fundraising Alliance Belgium. He is a senior fundraising consultant and has years of experience in the fundraising field. Ilja is going to give us a presentation about Roger Craver’s book: retention fundraising.

Griet Verhaert is director at Direct Social Communications & Direct Phone and visiting professor at IESEG School of Management. Her PhD about The Role of Database Marketing in Improving Direct Mail Fundraising was received with much enthusiasm. Griet is a specialist in database marketing and will be presenting a case about retention fundraising based on her experience in the field of telemarketing and direct mail.

Gert-Jan Bakx is team fundraising coordinator at Broederlijk Delen. He has more than a decade of experience in fundraising. So he is the ideal person to present us a practical case about his own experiences with retention fundraising.
